At ProGuard Gutter Protection, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders placed through our website. Please review the following details regarding our shipping processes, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to most locations Australia-wide, except for some remote regions where courier services may not be available. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping across different states, as well as free delivery for orders over specific amounts:

  • Queensland: $19.95 shipping; free delivery for orders over $300.
  • New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory: $24.95 shipping; free delivery for orders over $350.
  • Victoria & South Australia: $29.95 shipping; free delivery for orders over $400.
  • Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: $29.95 shipping; free delivery for orders over $500.

For orders below the free delivery threshold, the applicable flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. The standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Victoria: 2–4 business days
  • New South Wales: 3–5 business days
  • Queensland: 4–7 business days
  • Western Australia: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, courier availability, and remote locations. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, depending on your region.

4. Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking details. You can monitor the status of your delivery either through the Shopify order fulfilment page or directly from the courier's website, depending on the chosen shipping method.

5. Handling Time

We strive to process 90% of orders within 24 hours. However, some orders may require additional preparation time, such as items that need to be cut to size or custom-manufactured. In these cases, dispatch times may be extended by 24–48 hours.

You will be notified if there are any delays in the processing of your order.
